The author's own photographs and designs were beautifully drawn by Gary Theobald to illustrate the story.
Each book features a QR code which allows the reader to discover additional content of the natural world which is both educational and entertaining.

RETURN POLICY
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase from our store. If for any reason you are not, we will gladly accept returns within 14 days of the date of purchase. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging intact. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To initiate a return, please email us at shop@robohog.net with your order number and the reason for the return.
Please note that we do not cover the cost of return shipping, unless the item is defective or damaged upon receipt. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please email us at shop@robohog.net with your order number, a description, and a photograph of the issue. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, depending on your preference.
Please note that, for international orders, we are only able to provide a refund for a damaged or defective item. We cannot provide any replacement.
Once we receive the item and confirm that it is in good condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7 business days.
We will provide you with a return address, which you can use to send the item back to us. Please note that we do not accept returns or exchanges for the following types of items:

Damages and issues

Shipment Processing Time
We aim for all orders to be processed within 3 business days, however if we are experiencing a high volume of orders, processing may be delayed by a few days. We will do our best to keep you informed of these delays.
Orders will not be shipped or delivered on weekends or UK public holidays.
Please allow additional time for delivery depending on your location and the method chosen at checkout. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will endeavour to contact you via email or telephone.
Compensation Arrangements
Compensation for loss will not be considered for an item that Royal Mail has not delivered or attempted to deliver until after
- 10 working days since the parcel has been dispatched.
